CSA Site Manager (Externals)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CSA Site Manager (Externals) to lead the external works on a mission‑critical construction project in Berlin. You will be responsible for all groundworks, drainage, civil infrastructure, roads and utilities, ensuring delivery that meets programme, quality and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all external works packages across civils and infrastructure.
• Manage subcontractors, supervisors and on‑site teams.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with CSA, structural, MEP and client teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues and provide regular updates to project management.
• Drive health and safety compliance across all external activities.

Required profile

• Trade background or relevant construction qualification.
• Minimum 7 + years experience delivering large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong experience overseeing civils, infrastructure, groundworks, drainage and external works packages.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams on complex projects.
• Experience in mission‑critical environments such as data centres, pharmaceutical or industrial facilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills.
