Customer Facing & Order Management Representative

About the role

Essity is seeking a Customer Facing & Order Management Representative to join its South Central team. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal specialist teams to ensure a seamless experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, Sales and Marketing teams, providing timely support.
• Resolve customer requests and queries efficiently, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales representatives to give full visibility of customer interactions.
• Work with service specialists to address complex issues requiring deeper expertise.
• Proactively manage exception‑based tasks through the C4 platform.
• Ensure accurate order management in line with established processes and service standards.
• Leverage end‑to‑end customer and order management knowledge to drive excellent service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer service and order‑to‑billing processes.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented professional with strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and able to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or related fields.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and time‑management skills.
