Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

This senior position will lead the creation and scaling of a customer marketing function within a fast‑growing, product‑led B2B SaaS company focused on AI‑powered workflow orchestration. You will turn real customer success into compelling stories, advocacy programs, and proof assets that drive pipeline, enterprise trust, and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end customer marketing strategy, building a scalable foundation for advocacy, storytelling, and proof programs.
• Develop systems to identify, prioritize, and source high‑impact customer stories across industries and product areas.
• Create and maintain case studies, testimonials, success narratives, reference materials, and co‑marketing content.
• Collaborate with product marketing, customer success, sales, partnerships, content, and demand generation to align messaging and leverage insights.
• Translate post‑sale experiences into assets that support sales conversations, enterprise deals, and marketing campaigns.
• Equip sales teams with effective proof materials to improve conversion in complex deal cycles.
• Build repeatable workflows, tools, and processes to scale operations over time.
• Measure performance of initiatives and continuously optimise based on business impact.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in customer marketing, product marketing, customer advocacy, or content‑driven storytelling within a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to design structured programs and operating models in early‑stage or evolving marketing functions.
• Track record of turning customer insights into high‑impact marketing and sales enablement assets.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders cross‑functionally without direct authority.
• Excellent storytelling, editorial, and communication skills with a focus on commercially valuable narratives.
