Customer Service Agent – Online Retail

About the role
We are looking for a Service Agent to be the first point of contact for Villeroy & Boch Group customers. Working full-time or part-time, you will handle inquiries via phone, email or chat and support the online shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about products, delivery times, payment options, returns and other service topics.
- Assist customers with order processing, account updates, login issues and data changes.
- Resolve complaints and delivery problems in a patient, solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain a friendly and composed attitude, even with difficult customers.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in online retail or e-commerce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German, French and English.
- Strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Persistent problem-solver who enjoys finding practical solutions.
Required skills
- SAP (knowledge is a plus).
- Salesforce (knowledge is a plus).
