About the role

We are looking for a Service Agent to be the first point of contact for Villeroy & Boch Group customers. Working full-time or part-time, you will handle inquiries via phone, email or chat and support the online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer questions about products, delivery times, payment options, returns and other service topics.
Assist customers with order processing, account updates, login issues and data changes.
Resolve complaints and delivery problems in a patient, solution-oriented manner.
Maintain a friendly and composed attitude, even with difficult customers.

Required profile

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in online retail or e-commerce.
Excellent verbal and written communication in German, French and English.
Strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Persistent problem-solver who enjoys finding practical solutions.

Required skills

SAP (knowledge is a plus).
Salesforce (knowledge is a plus).
