Customer Service Operations AI Training – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote contractor to help train next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world customer service input. Your domain expertise will guide how AI models learn, reason and perform in real customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute expert insights to improve AI‑powered customer service solutions.
• Review and analyse customer service scenarios and deliver detailed, actionable feedback for model training.
• Capture real‑world nuances of interactions with clear written and verbal communication.
• Document, track and communicate findings using Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Collaborate with the customer team to ensure data accuracy, organisation and confidentiality.
• Provide contextually relevant input to support continuous AI improvement.
• Participate in feedback sessions and help calibrate annotation standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer service operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, remotely and maintain discretion.
• Commitment to delivering accurate data for AI model development.
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements and openness to feedback.
