Senior Business Travel Consultant - French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an outstanding Executive/VIP Business Travel Consultant to provide a seven‑star service to senior leaders and high‑value corporate clients. The role combines premium hospitality experience with contact‑centre efficiency, handling complex, time‑critical itineraries for discerning travelers.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of executive travel, including air, hotel, ground transport and bespoke requests.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned with traveller preferences, company policy and duty of care.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed, empathy and precision across phone, chat and email channels.
• Balance premium service delivery with operational KPIs such as productivity, handle time and SLA adherence.
• Build long‑term relationships with executive travellers and collaborate with peers to maintain an elite service culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑touch, premium customer service in executive travel, hospitality, aviation or luxury brands.
• Strong understanding of contact‑centre performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, CSAT).
• Exceptional communication with a polished, confident and discreet style.
• Ability to stay calm, decisive and solutions‑focused in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar).
• Proficiency in using contact‑centre tools and handling multi‑channel communications.
