Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑growing medical device SME in Munich. The role bridges internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth order processing, billing, and export/import activities while delivering excellent service to national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, internal departments, partners and suppliers.
• Prepare quotations and manage the full order‑to‑delivery cycle.
• Create, monitor and follow up on service orders.
• Handle billing tasks, including invoice generation, credit notes and warranty claims.
• Support sales and financial reporting, invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate export and import documentation in line with regulations.
• Assist in trade‑show planning and arrange travel for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Commercial background with import/export experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional, customer‑oriented and solution‑driven attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken German.
• Flexibility, teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.
