Customer Service Representative (Remote, Germany)

About the role

This fully remote position supports customers in Germany through phone, video (Zoom) and online channels. You will help clients resolve inquiries, guide them through enrollment processes, and ensure a high‑quality experience in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional support via phone, Zoom and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, enrollment steps and general service guidance.
• Build trust‑based relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Identify needs, offer solutions or appropriate escalations, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow internal service guidelines.
• Collaborate with distributed team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Required profile

• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal abilities.
