Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German/English Customer Success Manager to support our SaaS platform for M&A activities within the DACH region. You will work closely with investment banks, law firms, corporates and private equity funds to ensure they derive maximum value from our AI‑enhanced solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer retention and revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling of additional features.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle from pre‑sale demos and kick‑off calls to project completion.
• Provide proactive consultancy, run workshops and pilot programs to boost product adoption.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Customer Success or Customer Service role within a SaaS environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Team player capable of delegating, escalating and collaborating across regions.
