Customer Support Specialist – Energy (English + Spanish/French/Dutch) – Berlin

About the role

We are seeking an Energy Support Specialist to join a dynamic, customer‑focused team in Berlin. You will provide professional assistance for residential energy products, helping customers navigate technical and general inquiries while contributing to the growth of sustainable energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with residential energy products and services.
• Resolve technical and general inquiries efficiently.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) – mandatory.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or Dutch in addition to English.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, customer‑first attitude.
