Cyber Security Engineer (NATO NCIA Project)

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) on key client projects. The role focuses on delivering advanced (3rd level) technical support for NATO CIS services, ensuring the security and availability of critical communication and information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 3rd‑level technical support for NSATU NATO CIS services and related architecture.
• Maintain service availability in line with defined targets.
• Perform fault diagnosis and resolution using IT and data‑management tools.
• Support IT and data‑management services across the NCIA environment.
• Collaborate with NATO International Civilians, Military personnel, and Interim Workforce Consultants.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in cyber security and IT support.
• Experience delivering high‑performance technical assistance in a secure, defence‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work with complex NATO communication and information systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for fault diagnosis.

Required skills

• Advanced technical support (3rd level) for IT and data‑management services.
• IT troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Understanding of data‑management processes within secure networks.
