Data Analyst – Finance Focus

About the role

Join Redcare Pharmacy to build robust data solutions that power cutting‑edge Data & AI initiatives in digital healthcare. As a senior data analyst with a finance focus, you will design and optimise data pipelines, models and visualisations that deliver actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to support financial forecasting, cost control and profitability analysis.
• Create and maintain Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface operational and financial KPIs in real time.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling and Business Operations to align analytics with strategic objectives.
• Conduct deep financial and operational data analysis, identify trends, track deviations and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives tailored for financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Analytics Consultant, preferably in finance, controlling or FP&A environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI Cloud and strong knowledge of financial data modelling.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks, SQL and Python, handling large datasets for financial reporting.
