Data Analyst – Hybrid (Munich)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Data Analyst to join our Munich‑based team in a hybrid setting. You will work closely with the founders and clients to deliver data‑driven solutions, support technical project management and contribute to product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models to support business reporting.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret results for client projects.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Assist in technical project management and ensure successful delivery of analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent German; English proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Experience working in a team environment and handling client interactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
