Data Governance Manager (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Manager to lead the global development and execution of our enterprise data governance framework. In this role you will ensure data is accurate, secure, and trusted, enabling smarter decisions and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for data governance, providing strategic guidance across the data lifecycle worldwide.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance and business leaders to define and adopt governance policies.
• Drive projects and process‑improvement initiatives to implement and continuously improve the global Data Governance Framework.
• Lead regular governance reviews to ensure consistency, system alignment and adherence to standards.
• Ensure policies comply with regulations such as GDPR, PCAOB and SOX, and track program metrics, risks and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Completed studies in information technology, mathematics, computer science or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in data management, data governance or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to work with international stakeholders and drive change.
