Delivery Manager

About the role

As a Delivery Manager at REMATIQ you will independently drive customer projects from problem framing to successful delivery. You will collaborate with customers, leadership, engineers, domain experts, product and engineering teams to turn complex needs into high‑quality AI‑powered workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer delivery workstreams: structure ambiguous problems, define workplans, align stakeholders, manage risks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead customer interactions: understand goals, workflows, constraints and success criteria, and maintain clear communication.
• Deploy AI agents in mission‑critical MedTech workflows and create project documentation, meeting materials and delivery templates.
• Become fluent in the REMATIQ platform: demo, teach, support customers post‑rollout and capture feedback for new use cases.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, enterprise implementation, or project delivery within a high‑growth B2B SaaS/AI environment, preferably in life‑sciences or strategy.
• Strong project ownership: ability to structure ambiguous problems, define workplans and drive execution with limited guidance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of turning complex information into clear recommendations.
• Proven customer presence: build trust, manage expectations and communicate effectively in meetings and written updates.
• Startup mindset: adaptable, resilient, hands‑on and comfortable taking on challenges beyond a narrow job description.
• Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
