Digital Content & AI Marketing Specialist (Fixed‑term)

About the role

As a Digital Content & AI Marketing Specialist you will shape Herbalife’s digital presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will create and localise marketing assets, run social media and digital campaigns, and leverage AI tools to boost creativity, speed and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Create and localise digital and print marketing materials using Canva.
• Plan, develop and execute local marketing campaigns for the DACH region.
• Design and run social‑media campaigns with a focus on Instagram, Reels, Stories and short‑form video.
• Produce trend‑driven, audience‑relevant content to increase reach and engagement.
• Support video production and content planning across digital channels.
• Use modern AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, image generation, translation optimisation and creative marketing.
• Apply prompt‑engineering techniques to generate high‑quality marketing assets.
• Develop AI‑powered campaign concepts and innovative communication approaches.
• Maintain and update DACH websites (myherbalife.de.at.ch) via CMS platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints.
• Produce newsletters, sales materials and local marketing collateral.
• Coordinate testimonials, event coverage and community‑driven content initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital content creation and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of social‑media trends and formats, especially on Instagram.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven marketing tools and prompt engineering.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
