Digital Health Nurse – Remote/Hybrid (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English Digital Health Nurse to join Eucalyptus’s Juniper program in Germany. You will work remotely or in a hybrid setting, providing personalised medical support to patients using GLP‑1 medication and our digital care platform.

Key responsibilities

Triaging and responding to medical enquiries via email and phone.
Providing medical advice and reassurance to Juniper patients.
Managing medication side‑effects and symptom follow‑up.
Documenting interactions and updating patient records.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of care processes and systems.

Required profile

Bilingual fluency in German and English.
Clinical background in nursing or related healthcare support.
Strong patient‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid environment.
