Digital Marketing Manager – CTV & Programmatic

About the role

At DCMN we pioneer Brandformance® marketing, blending creative brand‑building with performance‑driven video advertising across CTV, TV, online video and social. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will drive cutting‑edge digital campaigns, craft smart media strategies and shape the future of performance marketing for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full campaign lifecycle for programmatic activations across CTV/OTT/VOD, online video, display and audio.
• Develop strategies, media plans and forecasts together with Growth and Media Buying teams.
• Set up, optimise and report on campaigns, ensuring data‑driven performance.
• Present strategies, results and recommendations confidently to clients.
• Collaborate with fellow Digital Marketing Managers and stay ahead of industry trends by testing new tools and partners.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in an agency, DSP/ad‑tech platform or digital‑first brand/start‑up.
• Proven experience with programmatic campaigns and buying methods.
• Client‑facing and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Programmatic advertising platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP).
• CTV/OTT/VOD campaign knowledge.
• Excel for data analysis.
• Google Data Studio.
• Supermetrics.
