Digital Transformation Compliance Internship (Mandatory)

About the role

During a 4‑6 month mandatory internship you will support the implementation of AI‑backed IT solutions for compliance processes within Bosch’s Corporate Compliance Management – Digital Transformation department. You will work closely with the compliance team to set up, test and evaluate AI agents and other digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the setup and testing of diverse IT solutions and AI agents for the compliance organization.
• Evaluate performance of implemented solutions and track their rollout.
• Support project management activities such as task tracking, status reporting and preparation of executive updates.
• Assist in planning and documentation of implementation steps.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, IT Product & Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, IT Governance or a comparable field.
• Completed at least one prior internship or relevant work experience.
• Self‑motivated, able to acquire new skills independently and work in a structured, disciplined manner.
• Fluent in English and basic German.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with LLM‑based chatbots or general AI assistants.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
