Director Project Management

About the role

This senior position offers a unique chance to lead and grow a national real‑estate consultancy business within an international platform. Reporting to European Leadership, the Director will be fully accountable for the commercial, operational and strategic performance of the German business.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership and drive sustainable growth for the German operation.
• Develop and expand relationships with institutional investors, developers and funds.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery across Project Management, Technical Due Diligence and ESG advisory services.
• Build organisational capability, succession planning and leadership depth within Germany.
• Contribute to European leadership discussions and long‑term strategy formulation.

Required profile

• Established leader in real‑estate consultancy, project management or technical advisory.
• Strong technical foundation with a proven personal track record.
• Demonstrated success leading a business unit or geography in a matrixed or international environment.
• Commercially astute, resilient and comfortable operating with high autonomy.
• Fluent in German and English.
