Engineering Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the technical function of a well‑established hospitality business in Dresden. You will be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of all building systems and facilities across our hotel properties.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all technical systems and facilities.
• Lead and support the engineering team in daily operations.
• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance and repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Manage external contractors and service providers.
• Support the continuous improvement of hotel facilities and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Background in building services, engineering or technical facilities management.
• Experience within hotels, hospitality or a similar operational environment.
• Hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Organised and proactive working style.
• Fluent German required; basic English is advantageous.
