Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand relationships with existing customers in the Enterprise segment. The role focuses on selling Box’s AI‑enabled content management platform to large organizations and guiding them through digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Source and close net‑new logos within an assigned Enterprise territory.
• Research customers and prospects to understand business challenges and articulate Box’s value proposition.
• Lead the sales process, navigating multi‑layer stakeholders in large enterprises.
• Apply judgment in selecting sales methodologies, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with internal partners to advance deals and ensure customer success.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and product offerings.
• Experience uncovering greenfield opportunities and building new territories.
• Proven relationship‑building skills with senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Background in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales is preferred.
