Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex localization and translation projects for enterprise clients. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multilingual localization projects across multiple service lines.
• Coordinate project workflows, timelines, budgets, and quality‑assurance processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with linguists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify risks early, implement proactive solutions, and maintain project momentum.
• Oversee project execution during coverage periods, resolve escalations, and make autonomous operational decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in localization project management or enterprise project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of localization workflows, internationalization processes, and translation technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make autonomous decisions.
