About the role

This is a founding‑team seat at an early‑stage AI infrastructure startup building the operating layer for AI‑native service businesses. The scope is open – you may lead engineering, product, or company operations, shaped around what you do best.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own a concrete first‑90‑day scope across engineering, product, or operations.
• Set engineering direction, make hands‑on architectural decisions, and help hire the first engineering team.
• Bring founder‑level judgment and pace to a small, high‑trust team with no bureaucratic overhead.
• Help shape the product thesis by drawing on experience running or building service businesses.

Required profile

• Founded a venture‑backed or bootstrapped company, regardless of outcome.
• Served as CTO or first technical hire at a startup, or shipped a product still credited to you.
• Alternatively, ran a service business in a vertical now being transformed by AI‑native tooling.
• Can articulate a clear, self‑directed 90‑day plan and thrive in a role built around strengths.

Required skills

• Hands‑on depth and judgment to own the engineering roadmap end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable operating at the fast pace of a small founding team.
