About the role
Join a well‑established private equity firm in the heart of Munich as an Executive Assistant. You will support the Vice President of Operations and the Communications Manager, ensuring the office runs smoothly while contributing to a variety of strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and manage internal and external events and meetings, including virtual sessions.
- Facilitate communication between external business partners and internal teams.
- Prepare and organise operational content such as filing, project documents, and presentations.
- Assist with press and communication tasks, website updates, and company newsletters when needed.
- Handle office management duties, including facility oversight and reception support.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, proactive and highly organised.
- Ability to think quickly, prioritise tasks and make independent decisions.
- Abitur or Bachelor’s degree, or comparable professional training.
- Previous experience in a support role within a professional environment is preferred.
- Native‑level German and fluent English.
- Strong teamwork attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
- Resilient with a positive outlook.
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
