F&B Service Expert – In‑Room Dining

About the role

Join a leading luxury hotel brand in Berlin as an F&B Service Expert focused on in‑room dining. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service from preparation to clean‑up.

Key responsibilities

Set tables, arrange dining stations and ensure all supplies are ready for guest orders.
Communicate guest requests accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
Serve meals and beverages in guest rooms, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment and service carts throughout the shift.
Follow safety, hygiene and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
Less than one year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
No supervisory experience required.
Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and perform movements such as bending, twisting and reaching.
