F&B Service Expert – In‑Room Dining

About the role
Join a leading luxury hotel brand in Berlin as an F&B Service Expert focused on in‑room dining. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service from preparation to clean‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, arrange dining stations and ensure all supplies are ready for guest orders.
- Communicate guest requests accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
- Serve meals and beverages in guest rooms, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment and service carts throughout the shift.
- Follow safety, hygiene and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and perform movements such as bending, twisting and reaching.
