Finance Controller (VIE) – Head Office Munich

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is looking for a motivated Finance Controller on a VIE assignment to support the Head of Finance for the Central Eastern Europe zone. The role is based at the Munich head office and offers a one‑year international experience for EU citizens aged 18‑28.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly sales performance reports for management.
• Participate in month‑end closing activities and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Produce monthly reports on revenue, stock, and expenses, including commentary versus budget.
• Report financial results to the French parent company LVMH.
• Assist in budget planning and create budget presentation materials.
• Collaborate with department heads and budget owners to review expenditures and refine forecasts.
• Analyse key performance indicators, support audits, and contribute to ad‑hoc finance projects.
• Support the implementation of financial controls and assist with IT‑related projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a business school or university.
• First experience in a similar finance role within an international group is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting, and analytical techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Proactive, confident, and comfortable handling multiple projects.
