Financial Analyst – Berlin Head Office

About the role

Leonardo Hotels is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Head Office in Berlin. The analyst will support the Master Service Apartments brand by delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple European regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly profit and loss (P&L) reporting and forecasting, including variance analysis and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with regional bookkeepers and stakeholders to ensure financial reports are accurate, consistent, and complete.
• Coordinate and support the annual budgeting process for all operating markets.
• Prepare, analyse, and present financial and operational results to senior management.
• Conduct detailed trend analysis to identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
• Monitor cash balances and cash‑flow positions, supporting liquidity management and financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Corporate Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
