Financial Analyst

About the role

Shiji, a global hospitality technology provider, is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for its European and American operations. The role combines data‑driven analysis with cross‑regional collaboration to help the business make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Consolidate financial data from regional teams and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Assist in implementing group processes, internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Conduct regional financial reviews for businesses in Europe and the Americas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s/CPA/CFA a plus).
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Experience with accounting systems; Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
