Fitness Experience Rollout Specialist – Strength Vertical

About the role

We are looking for a Fitness Experience Rollout Specialist to lead the launch of our new strength‑focused vertical across German cities. Based in Berlin, you will test formats, gather feedback and support product development, then relocate to each new city for 3‑6 months to ensure a high‑quality on‑ground rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in format test sessions in the Berlin studio, collect structured feedback from coaches and customers, and relay insights to product teams.
• Maintain quality standards for strength offerings by observing sessions and defining best‑practice experiences.
• Assist in sourcing and onboarding experienced strength coaches for BEAT81 studios.
• Collaborate with the fitness experience team to refine class formats, equipment, and workout features.
• During city launches, map local coach talent, support coach recruitment, and personally lead strength classes to ensure class availability.
• Verify studio equipment, sound, and lighting are operational before launch.
• Help hire and onboard local Fitness Managers who will take over after the launch period.
• Document lessons learned from each launch to build a repeatable playbook.

Required profile

• Recognised personal training licence, CrossFit certification or equivalent strength‑training qualification.
• Proven experience with barbell‑focused strength training and boutique group fitness instruction.
• Fluent English (C1 level); German language skills are a plus.
• 3+ years of personal training experience, preferably with a background in strength & conditioning.

Required skills

• Confidence using software tools for presentations, documents, data analysis and video content.
• Strong organisational and self‑management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and timelines.
