Fleet Coordinator – Semi Program

About the role

Tesla is looking for a proactive Fleet Coordinator to manage the demonstration fleet for the Semi program. You will support short‑term customer pilots, test‑drive events, and pre‑delivery training, ensuring smooth interactions with the Tesla Semi.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle scheduling to guarantee availability for demos and pilots.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to transport vehicles to and from sites.
• Procure DOT decals and complete required paperwork to keep vehicles road‑legal.
• Manage the logistics of temporary chargers for new‑market demonstrations.
• Lead full‑day orientation and safety training sessions for drivers.
• Establish and maintain support channels with service teams for customer operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in fleet management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of handling multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, fluid environment.
• Proficiency with organizational applications for tracking across teams.
• Experience with commercial vehicles or heavy‑truck equipment is a plus.
• Possession of a valid Truck Driver License.
