Floor Manager – JOOP! Outlet Ingolstadt

About the role

The Holy Fashion Group is looking for a Floor Manager for its new JOOP! outlet in Ingolstadt, starting in May 2027. The position is full-time and involves selling the high-quality collection to customers through personal and expert advice, while also taking care of the presentation of merchandise in your section and supporting other sections of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the high-quality collection to customers through personal and expert advice
• Create a confident, pleasant shopping experience in the store
• Present the merchandise in your section of the outlet store
• Provide sales support to other sections of the store as required

Required profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship in retail or a comparable apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, for example as deputy department manager or substitute
• Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
• Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and strong people skills
• Team spirit and strong motivation to achieve
