Founder Associate – Customer Success & Operations (Remote)

About the role

Weflow is looking for a Founder Associate focused on success and operations to work side‑by‑side with the Head of Customer Success and the founders. In this remote, launch‑pad position you will help customers adopt AI‑driven sales tools, accelerate value delivery, and grow their relationship with Weflow.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, enablement, renewals and expansion for SaaS customers.
• Become a product expert on Weflow’s AI platform and its integration with Salesforce.
• Build relationships with RevOps, Sales and Revenue Leadership teams to ensure real business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption across new teams.
• Manage support tickets and maintain a feedback loop with Product and Engineering.
• Partner with the Head of Customer Success to create scalable playbooks, processes and systems.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and a data‑driven mindset.
• Collaborative, customer‑first attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Interest in Salesforce, RevOps or sales technology (hands‑on experience a plus).
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to learn quickly.
• Fluency in English.
