Founding DACH Care Professional Recruitment Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Founding DACH Care Professional Recruitment Lead to build and own the German and DACH pipeline for a fast‑growing international childcare and cultural exchange company. This contractor position combines sales‑focused talent acquisition with partnership development, aiming to create a repeatable, scalable recruiting engine.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the German/DACH care professional pipeline from scratch.
• Reactivate and nurture a database of 10,000+ past candidate contacts.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, professional associations, and direct outreach.
• Develop relationships with schools, hospitals, nursing programs, social work organizations, and other institutional partners.
• Screen candidates for experience, eligibility, language ability, motivation and fit, and segment them into pipeline stages.
• Design and maintain follow‑up systems to keep strong candidates engaged.
• Document sourcing, outreach, screening, and reporting processes.
• When the model is proven, recruit and lead a small team of 2‑4 recruiters or coordinators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or partnership development, preferably in the care or education sector.
• Strong ability to create pipelines, convert leads, and manage end‑to‑end recruiting processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build systems from the ground up.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Required skills

• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
• Ability to segment candidates and manage pipeline stages.
• Competence in documenting processes and reporting metrics.
