Freelance Airport Passenger Support – Stuttgart

About the role

FlightHelp is looking for reliable freelancers to join its on‑call team at Stuttgart Airport. When a flight experiences a significant delay or cancellation, you will be dispatched to the arrivals area to inform passengers about their rights and the assistance FlightHelp can provide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to short‑notice alerts from the operations team.
• Travel to the designated area of Stuttgart Airport upon notification.
• Distribute informational flyers to affected passengers and explain the compensation claim process.
• Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with travelers.

Required profile

• Residence in Stuttgart or nearby region.
• Good German language skills (minimum B2); English or additional languages are a plus.
• Reliability, punctuality and comfort with public interaction.
