Front of House Supervisor

About the role

As the Front of House Supervisor at Locke Berlin’s Eastside Gallery hotel, you will be the primary point of contact during your shift, ensuring the front desk operates smoothly and guests receive exceptional service from check‑in to check‑out. You will lead a small team, collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments, and help create memorable, design‑driven hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations, managing check‑ins, check‑outs and guest inquiries.
• Support, coach and lead the front office team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and events teams to keep rooms and public areas ready.
• Identify upselling opportunities and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records throughout the shift.
• Uphold brand standards, health‑and‑safety policies and a collaborative team culture.
