Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focus) (m/f/d)

About the role

We are a young, well‑funded health‑tech startup in Berlin, building a platform that brings quality care to remote patients. As a Full Stack Developer with a frontend focus you will shape the product from the ground up, delivering fast, accessible interfaces while also contributing to the backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive, high‑performance frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs in a Node.js (NestJS) backend.
• Translate design concepts into polished, accessible user experiences.
• Write clean, testable, well‑documented code and champion quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Help maintain and gradually modernise legacy services.

Required profile

• Solid professional experience as a frontend or full‑stack developer.
• Strong command of TypeScript and modern React.
• Hands‑on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Working knowledge of Node.js, preferably with NestJS.
• Good understanding of APIs, state management and component‑driven development.
• Focus on testing, performance and accessibility.
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
