Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic technology team that supports small and medium‑sized businesses. The role is fully remote and focuses on enhancing existing platforms while integrating cutting‑edge AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing web systems built with PHP and Laravel.
• Integrate and utilise large language models (LLMs) to optimise processes and add new features.
• Participate in requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Implement and expand monitoring solutions to ensure operational security.
• Create and maintain test environments, execute automated tests, and perform error analysis.
• Debug issues across the stack and collaborate closely with teammates on technical challenges.

Required profile

• Completed IT‑related training or degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel, including complex web applications and RESTful API development.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with experience building responsive, mobile‑friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
• Ability to understand, prioritise, and clearly communicate both technical and non‑technical requirements.
• Self‑organised, autonomous work style combined with a collaborative, solution‑driven mindset.
