Full-Stack Engineer (Munich)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer to own end‑to‑end systems, ship quickly, and help shape the core of a product that bridges the physical and digital worlds. You will work with a small, world‑class team in a high‑velocity environment, delivering features that operators and robots rely on daily.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, implement, and deploy full‑stack solutions.
• Break down complex problems, ship iteratively, and continuously improve.
• Stay close to users, debug issues in real time, and translate feedback into better systems.
• Maintain system reliability under pressure and respond swiftly when incidents occur.

Required profile

• Intrinsically driven and proactive – you chase clarity and push projects to completion.
• Comfortable with full ownership from concept to production.
• User‑obsessed, enjoying real‑time debugging and rapid iteration.
• Calm and effective when handling system failures.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript and TypeScript for component‑driven UIs.
• Backend experience with Rust, Python, or C++.
• gRPC and well‑designed service boundaries.
• Build systems such as Bazel, Buck, or Nix.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Deployment to Kubernetes (dev, staging, prod) and familiarity with Tilt, ArgoCD, Flux, Omni, Rancher.
• Monitoring and observability tools like Datadog and Honeycomb.
• Bonus: experience with VR/WebXR/OpenXR, robotics/ROS 2, or high‑performance real‑time WebRTC.
