Full-Stack Engineer (Munich)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to own real systems, ship fast, and help shape the foundation of a product that bridges the physical and digital worlds. You will work with a small, world‑class team in a high‑velocity environment, delivering features that operators and robots use daily.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, implement and deploy end‑to‑end features.
• Build and maintain component‑driven UI using modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop backend services in Rust, Python or C++ with clear gRPC interfaces.
• Operate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) and manage deployments on Kubernetes.
• Monitor systems using Datadog and Honeycomb, and iterate based on real‑time user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and proactive, able to chase clarity and push projects to completion.
• Comfortable with full ownership from design through deployment.
• User‑obsessed, enjoys debugging in real time and turning feedback into better systems.
• Calm under pressure and able to move quickly when issues arise.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript/TypeScript and component‑driven UI development.
• Backend development in Rust, Python or C++.
• gRPC and well‑designed service boundaries.
• Build systems such as Bazel, Buck or Nix.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
• Kubernetes deployment (dev/staging/prod) and tools like Tilt, ArgoCD, Flux, Omni, Rancher.
• Observability platforms: Datadog, Honeycomb.
• Bonus: experience with VR/WebXR/OpenXR, robotics/ROS 2, WebRTC.
