About the role
The Global Account Manager reports to the Global Account Team Lead – EMEA and is responsible for aggressively expanding LMI’s revenue base across the EMEA region. This high‑velocity, hunter‑focused position targets new long‑term supply agreements with large OEMs and system integrators.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and close new global accounts with significant demand for 3D optical sensors.
- Develop and maintain a high‑volume sales pipeline to meet and exceed quota.
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and Product teams to design custom sensor solutions.
- Coordinate with Territory Managers to avoid channel conflict while driving direct corporate sales.
- Manage product lifecycle issues, including end‑of‑life transitions, to protect revenue streams.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to corporate management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales and account‑management experience in a technology environment.
- Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently while leveraging internal resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
