Global Lead Learning & Development and Training Management

About the role

This senior position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to shape a global learning ecosystem that drives business growth. Reporting to the Senior Director Talent, Leadership & Learning, you will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and implement a company‑wide learning strategy that fosters a culture of continuous development.
• Design a high‑quality global learning portfolio aligned with business priorities, covering digital, blended and classroom formats.
• Identify learning needs across functions and regions, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact.
• Establish global standards, governance and KPI reporting for learning effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies, AI‑enhanced approaches and neuroscience insights to improve learning experiences.
• Manage a global team of learning technology specialists and instructional designers.
• Collaborate with local L&D teams to build strong digital and classroom training capabilities.
• Act as a strategic partner within the international HR organization and beyond.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or related HR fields, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven track record of building and implementing global learning strategies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies, digital learning and learning technologies.
