Global Partnerships Intern

About the role

Join Proxima Fusion’s Partnerships and Public Affairs team as a Global Partnerships Intern. You will support the development of international and European collaborations, helping to expand the industrial partner network and secure public funding for breakthrough fusion projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and coordinating public funding proposals (IPCEI, Euratom, national programs).
• Translate technical inputs into clear grant and partner documentation.
• Design and deploy AI‑powered workflows to streamline meeting notes, CRM enrichment, and reporting.
• Build and maintain an AI‑assisted map of current and prospective industrial partners.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between technical deliverables and partnership goals.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program related to business, engineering, public policy, or a similar field.
• Strong written communication skills in English; German language ability is a plus.
• Interest in clean‑energy technologies and public‑sector funding mechanisms.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation.
• Experience with CRM systems or data enrichment processes.
