Global Vice President Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

We are conducting a confidential executive search for a Global Vice President of Procurement & Supply Chain. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a large, international organization across EMEA, AMER and APAC, driving transformation and scaling of a complex global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee global supply chain management and sales‑and‑operations planning (S&OP).
• Lead procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives worldwide.
• Manage logistics, customs and trade compliance functions.
• Drive operational excellence, process transformation and digitalisation of the supply chain.
• Ensure EHS and product compliance governance.
• Provide leadership to multi‑regional teams and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Extensive experience leading large, international procurement and supply chain organisations.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with pragmatic operational leadership.
• Proven track record in transformation, change management and fast‑scaling environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~50%).
