Global Workplace Project Manager

About the role

JetBrains is looking for a Global Workplace Project Manager to lead key office‑related projects across Germany. This hands‑on role combines technical project delivery with close collaboration with senior managers, internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive workplace project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to JetBrains’ standards.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, planning, budgeting, and scheduling in collaboration with Senior Project Managers.
• Actively manage budgets, schedules, and risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate communication, meetings, and reporting with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, zoning, and building regulations.
• Take a hands‑on approach to delivery, driving tasks forward and maintaining consistent progress.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and department initiatives.
• Travel to project locations to support key decisions, oversee milestones (e.g., inspections and handovers), and maintain strong collaboration with partners.

Required profile

• A degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in construction or workplace project delivery with strong technical coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, structured problem‑solving approach with the ability to act quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in international, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and German proficiency, especially within the construction sector.
