Graduate Finance Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble as a Graduate Finance Manager and become an integral part of a multifunctional team that drives business development and strategic decision‑making. From day one you will own key initiatives that influence customers, marketing, production and logistics across our DACH locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance projects, including external negotiations with customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement new plans.
• Analyse and improve efficiency in production and logistics processes.
• Support brand or product‑category financial analysis in fast‑growing business units.
• Contribute to plant cost optimisation, internal audit, and financial accounting activities.

Required profile

• Completed or soon‑to‑complete bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results.
• Willingness to work at any DACH site (full location flexibility).
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership drive and a strong passion for finance.
• Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
• International experience such as internships or studies abroad is a plus.
