Graphic and Multimedia Designer

About the role

pulpo is looking for a Graphic and Multimedia Designer to own the visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints. Working from the Weil am Rhein office, you will collaborate with the Art Director and a small, international team to create compelling digital, print, and physical experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design print materials such as catalogues, lookbooks, flyers, and business cards.
• Art‑direct, plan, shoot, and edit lifestyle and product photography.
• Create and manage email newsletters and email footers.
• Update website content, upload new pieces, and lead redesign projects.
• Plan, manage, and write content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Design exhibition stands and coordinate assets for fairs and events.
• Maintain the Download Area (VOCAST) with uploads and tagging.
• Handle press requests and assemble press kits.
• Monitor design trends and visual culture relevant to pulpo’s sectors.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a graphic design or multimedia role with a diverse portfolio.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong visual judgment and confidence in design decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience in studio photography, including lighting setups and camera operation.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML/CSS.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Blender.
