Growth & Operations Internship – Commercial & Go‑to‑Market

About the role

As a Growth & Operations Intern you will support Phlair’s commercial and go‑to‑market initiatives, handling customer research, pipeline development and strategic analysis while working closely with the commercial team, CEO and technical groups.

Key responsibilities

• Support go‑to‑market and business development activities.
• Maintain CRM data, sales funnels and market intelligence.
• Build AI‑enabled workflows and automations using Claude and code.
• Prepare outreach, meeting, conference and RFP materials with tools such as Figma.
• Handle a variety of operational tasks and step in wherever needed.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in business, engineering, natural sciences, economics or related field.
• Strong interest in climate tech, carbon removal, energy or industrial decarbonisation.
• Experience or curiosity with AI tools and automation workflows.
• Analytical mindset with clear written and presentation communication.
• High ownership, reliability and comfort in a fast‑moving, unstructured environment.

• Claude AI model usage.
• Figma for design and presentation creation.
• CRM tools for data and pipeline management.
• AI automation workflow development.
• Basic coding abilities for automation scripts.
